Three inches seems a bit low - you might get ponding when the joists dry out and twist slightly; - 5 - 6" would be better on a roof of that width.
Simple answer
Minimum fall for flat roof is 1 in 80 over 5.280 = 66mm
Suggest you go 1 in 60 over 5280 = 88mm.
That is a hell of a span for flat roof. What size joists you using, or have you got a central support?
