Smeg dishwasher will not start

Hi,

I have a 1 month old Smeg DI612CA Cucina Integrated Dishwasher. It was working fine up until today.

Now when I turn it on, it beeps once, and the Eco green light flashes. Both red light for the Salt Dispenser & Rinse Aid are on.

When I close the door, it beeps twice and does not start. When I then open the door, it beeps 10 times.

Has anyone had this issue before?
