Spray foam loft insulation?

Keep seeing this advert

I'm sure they charge a small fortune, but wondering, is it a good idea?
Maybe only suitable if you have roof felt? If I did this it would stick to the back of the tiles. Also, no more ventilation, unless you left gaps ...

anybody have experience of this stuff?
