Stained Silicon Sealant ??

Hi Guys

Our builder/plumber managed to get brick dust on some silicon sealant that runs around the shower tray while the sealant was still wet, so sections of it are stained yellow/orange

Can I put another layer on top ? Will it adhere ? Or will the stain show through ?

Can I cut the affected sections out ?

Or does the whole lot need replacing ?

Any advice pleae

Cut it out and replace.

Builder/plumber did it, builder/plumber should have sorted it out.
