Hi all,
I seen a post here by someone last year who was a step further along the process than I am.
I'm replacing the cartridge and can't get the chrome plastic surrounding the cartridge to budge (the one with the 5 small holes on the right and a couple of visible ones on the left).
It feels reasonably brittle plastic. Can anyone offer any direction?
