Tanking / Damp Proofing

Hi all, been looking on here for a while and find it very informative. Just bought a new house and had a survey done by a DPC company. Theyve told me I need a DPC injection on 1 wall and Tanking needs to be applied to another-the house is on a hill where floor level of the adjoining property is higher than mine.

Is tanking something that can be done easily and is the product freely available for diyers?
