Now it is a broken spillway - Possibly one of the biggest engineering problems of the 21st Century - for the USA. Costs currently running around $2mil per day, going to cost $275mil to repair working between seasons and weather anomalies.

The Californian water system and hence the garden of USA, depends heavily upon the Oroville Dam and it's control of Sierra and wider area run off.
