i have a trinatron thermostatic shower which i had installed but when the guy installed it there was a washer missing but still went ahead a few weeks later water started coming through the ceiling the council came out end the guy fitted a washer and all was fine now a few months on and it has started to leak again any suggestions and am i right in thinking that 2 pipes run straight from the boiler into the back of this shower which means the leak is probaly in the unit any advice would be great
