thorn apollo thermostats

hi all
have looked though the website and cant find any topic relating to my problem, I have an apollo 30/50 boiler and have found that the low temp setting is to low and the high temp setting is too high. Can I replace the preset stats with a suitable adjustable thermostat which if correctly attached to the feed pipe would set the temperature some where in between
