To Tank or not

hi all ripping out old suite and replacing it with wall to wall (1200) shower, not very wide bathroom and putting in new toilet and basin

Its going to be fitted with a Thermostatic shower on a combi

cant seem to find any shower related post on here - is it me being stupid

Try looking in plumbing for the hardware, tiling (also read the sticky) & plastering forums for what to do about the prepping the rest; there are a couple of ways to do it & tanking is one of them; it depends on what type of walls you have, what condition they are in & what you propose by way of tilling.
