Toilet seat hinges or lid replacement

Hi all
The chrome on our toilet seat hinges look pretty awful and I was wanting to replace the hinges or seat but I can't seem to find either, I dont know the make and can't get a replacement from the shop as it now longer open. Does anybody recognise the hinges also its a funny square shape is there a shop that stocks toilet seat to view.
Any help appreciated

I think you are fighting a loo-sing battle. I would opt to replace the seat completely. They are cheap enough for a quick release one on eBay £15 ish from memory.
