Top up expansion vessel

If water comes out of the valve you need a new EV. If there is room to fit outside of the boiler then that's the cheap option.
Just changed my EV in the boiler so accessible, its like manufacturer new it would fail.

Cheap option ? Would it be cheaper than putting a new ev in the boiler ?
