Hi all

I need some help?

My machine predates the eco wash version of the WDR 1020 and is manual-less.

The only 2 programmes which work are the 95 and 60 which shrink my clothes.
I shut the door turn the dial to the programme I want and it does NOTHING it just sits there until I give in and boil my clothes OR turn it to drain just to get the door open...

Please can someone offer me some advice, I'm so fed up
