Is it a new shower or has it justy started to fail?
Its probably fine, the hotter you select the water to be, the slower it will come out, selecting a very high temperature will limit the flow to a slow trickle on most electric showers.

Flush out the head of the shower. Crap normally builds up in here and blocks the jets so less water comes out.
Pressure relief valve is the other one, have a search on here about it.
It would be helpful if you could describe exactly how much comes out now compared to before.

i rushes out when cold and when u turn it to hot it works for a little while and then goes like dipping
