trouble with washing machine

anyone know why my washing machine may not be working after being stored for sometime? has been indoors and only used about 20 times from new then stored. doesn't go for long before it throws the electirc house trip?

Could be damp or rats have chewed the wiring. Depending where it was stored.

thanks, not rats, its been indoors but damp maybe as it is in an outhouse? how would i tackle that?
