i not surprised the high street is not getting sales
Impluse buy for £200+ i was thinking of asking john lewis some advice - before i travel 20mile to the store

just had a windful and thought i would get some earbuds - but wanted to know about bose v apple
what a waste of time , the phone never got through, BOSE chat was useless and john lewis whatsapp after 30mins of AI and xfers still not talking to anywone

sme on another site for cheese knife -

I keep the money, or just spend at amazon

RANT OVER

i dont like in-ear and the bose over ear looked good from what i could see , not sure how they charege as option for wirless case on site - BUT the bose support didnt make clear
then apple pods 3 - not sure if in ear
john lewis have both in stock locally and i like to buy from them - so i thought i would ask about them - and after about 8mins on phone they said try whats app so i did at 12:57 and still be passed around by ai

watched a few youtube vids this morning

then got frustrated trying to buy some cheese knifes !!!!! which then led to wasting time on chat as i say - just a rant as i have pretty much lost interest now on an impluse buy

ignore that - it was my soins reply !!!! dah

Most Airpods are in ear. However, Apple also do Airpods Max, which are over ear, but they're expensive.

Over ear headphones charge using a wired connection, with a USB-C port on the headphones. Charging is either USB-A to USB-C or USB-C to USB-C.

Bose over ear headphones are a good choice, they also charge with a wired connection.

Hope that helps!!

the 4 look like its not into the canal

i already have the Sennheiser PXC 450
so not looking at headphone
i also have in the loft for years
Beyerdynamic ET1000 electrostatic headphones
Beyerdynamic N1000 energizer

i may have to watch more videos i guess - as i dought you can try these out -sticking in peoples ears is not good

AirPod pros have a selection of buds to fit your ears. They are never going to be as good as cans. But for me the convenience of being able to slip them in on a video call. Plus all the integration etc.

They are worth the money.

I also like the Audio on my meta glasses, which is another option.

Bose are frequently junk - “brand” over performance

thanks , well JL was 1.5 hours on whatsapp , and didn't much info really , first 30mins AI could not deal with the presales support question - just didnt not understand
my son has the ANC Apple 4's so i'm seeing at weekend my look at those and try out
I guess he may have some old ones anyway as he only recently got thos

Can’t see the point of shopping at JL now they don’t do price match. Do you have a Costco near you? They are often cheaper than anywhere else for Apple stuff.

its locally , usually well priced and also i hve made use of thier extend warranty (its an insurance thing) in the past
no costco nearest is about 35 miles away (southhampton) and will probably take 1hr to 2 hrs to get to because of roadworks and roads

I sent mine back as they were a terrible fit!!!!!!!

Most companies have now creamed their pants when they found they could use AI and save costs on staff. But the service is often abysmal if it's anything more than a very simple question. They rely on people being happy with the product, or will take the hit if they need to be returned within the change of mind period where they can still charge return postage if it's not faulty. There are still loads of reports of big names making up their own policies on returns i.e. trying to charge people return costs if the item is faulty or not as described.

The high street seems to be hit or miss depending on the staff. Some are great and helpful, whilst others don't know anything about their job and don't care. Add the cost of parking to the mix, and that's why I don't bother going to the high street unless it's clothes for example and I can feel or try them on, and I know their store has a good reputation for returns.

yep, its getting really bad now with AI on phones, and chat - the last few days - I would probably have spent £400 odd , as i had a windfull and burning a hole in my pocket - so highstreet missed out, as i was going to go the 30miles round trip and parking to buy

well this was a few hours !!!!!!!! - often i will wait till next day and review - but lost the interest - MORE AI today for otherthings takes an extra 10-20mins to get passed
