Uneven bodyjet water flow

Hi,

I've installed the pipe work for body jets in my new shower, running 22mm from the mixer to a 22x15x15 tee, 15mm to each body jet. When testing all the water flows out of one jet, if I block that one then flow comes out of the other one. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Or will it go away when body jet heads are installed and systems back pressure increases?

There's one way to find out.......

It is unlikely the flow through a jet will be anything like as much as the flow through an open ended pipe.
