Updating Satchwell TL Thermostat to Honeywell T6360

I am trying to update a Satchwell TL thermostat to a new Honeywell T6360 thermostat. When I wire up the new stat the boiler is not firing.

The wiring of the Satchwell is

Red = Live
Yellow = Neutral
Blue = Switch
Green = Earth

The wiring diagram for the Honeywell is in the pictures and I have tried:

Red to 1
Yellow to 2
Blue to 3
Green to Earth

And

Red to 1
Blue to 2
Yellow to 3
Green to Earth

Does any one have any suggestions?

That should work.

The wiring of the Satchwell is

Red = Live
Yellow = Neutral
Blue = Switch
Green = Earth

If that is correct.

But some thermostats do not have the contacts in numerical order.

Does the existing thermostat work? What type of boiler/system do you have? Have you missed a step like turning the heating on via a timer/programmer?

Note the numbers

E234156 one does not expect to find 1 between 4 and 5.

Does this help, with terminals moved to where they really are?
