Can you replace the seals between the glass and sash, as ours have mildew spotting from the previous owner who did not know how clean. We have tried restoring them using various solutions but nothing works. The are white and they pretty much show everything.

Also we have some foamy looking seals between the doors and the frame and the sash and the window frame that are split. They are seem to be jelly bean shape in profile. Can you replace these?

The foamy seals are called Q-lon, they can be replaced as they only locate into a groove in the pvc, they should just pull out but be warned, some are a pain in the arris to remove and even worse to get the new ones in, try a test bit first :D

The rubber on the windows, theres a multitude of gaskets available, would need to see a picture first because most new windows now use co-extruded profiles which mean the rubber is part of the pvc (hence the term co-extruded) and although can be cut off and replaced with a clip in gasket it is a bit of a pain. If its an older style window then the gaskets are readily available, known as 'E' gasket, 'Fir tree', or even 'wedge' gasket, heres some.....

And dont put white ones back as they will always go mouldy
