UPVC door catching at bottom

Hi there I've noticed recently our UPVC door catches slightly at the bottom when closing, it also creaks a bit too. I've attached a pic of the door and a couple of pics of the hinges, there are 4 of these but they don't look very adjustable. I've read elsewhere that the packing might need adjusting which sounds a bit complicated but would appreciate any advice here as to whether the hinges are adjustable. Thanks in advance.
