Hi guys, wondering if anyone could be of any help?

Have had this upvc door for aprrox 12 years (maybe more), it is a garden entrance/exit so it is used every single day, multiple types.

Have realised the door has adjusted and dropped is the term used I think. Maybe because of the extreme heatwave it has caused this. Also this similar issue is happening to my front door nearly!

Have attached an image help explain where it is getting catched.

Is there any minor repairs you can do or will it need changing in due course?

Thanks for that. My door has 3 hinges. Issue is at the top so is it the top one I just adjust?
No, you adjust all three. There are YouTube vids as to how to do it. Adjustment of each allows for tilt and / or general lift and also lateral movement if required.

Judging by the style of keep in the picture its an old door so would need to see a picture of the hinge first to see if its adjustable, can't automatically assume its a flag hinge like the videos above

Can confirm it is flag hinges and I did do some adjustments following the vids. It did help slightly but probably will go back to its original position as I found it difficult to adjust the hinges (p.s not great with any sort of hinge adjustments in any sort of item).

I adjusted a little too much at one point and the door simply would not shut in place, kept jumping out, so had to readjust back and then it shut!

Modern doors that are a thin frame around large glass panels typically use the glass as an important structural part, to form a diagonal brace between the upper corner furthest from the hinges and the lower corner nearest the hinges

When fitted the opener's frame (and by that I mean the frame of the moving part) is squared and the glass packed with spacers in these corners particularly so it helps to hold the frame square. Over time, particularly with PVC and in the sun, but also with aluminium, you tend to find that the door sags anyway in part due to deformation of the frame(PVC), and in part due to deformation of the packers(PVC and Alu). You may notice it worse after the sun has been beating down on it all day

Measure the door diagonally, top left to bottom right corner, and then also top right to bottom left corner. These two measurements should be the same if the door is square (perfectly rectangular). If the door has sagged the top-near-hinge-to-bottom-not-near-hinge measurement will be longer.
If this is the case the beading and glass should be removed, the door jacked and wedged so it is slightly over square (slightly the opposite of sagged) and the glass refitted, packed well with new packers in at least the top corner furthest from the hinges and the bottom nearest. Repeat for all panes

If you adjust the hinges to take out sag you may succeed, but are essentially trying to make a parallelogram fit a rectangular hole by rotating it, and the success will vary

Measure and assess sag first, and go from there

Finally took a pic of the door in question.
