Hello All,
My current Vaillant Thermostat and weather sensor has stopped working. No amounts of resets etc has worked.
Current setup is:
1. Wireless Thermostat in living room VRC470f.
2. Radio module plugged straight into the boiler.
3. Weather sensor on outside wall.
4. ecoTECH Plus 831 boiler date of manufacture 2013.
5. One heating circuit only.
If I go with the VRC 720f/3, I am under the presumption the radio module will plug straight into the boiler as it's plug n play similar to my current radio module.
Setup after this will be paring of the thermostat and weather sensor.
Can someone confirm the above is true please?
Secondly, I am wishing to add the myVaillant gateway for remote access etc. I believe I need the VRA 42 card for this with myVaillant unit plugged into the X12 connection on the main board and into the eBUS connector on the main board.
Question - will both the radio module and the VRA 42 work as both are plugged into the eBUS albeit one from the front and the other into the eBUS connector on the main board.
Many thanks,
