I have the above boiler, model 824E.
I've got an intermittent problem with getting no hot water. On turning on a tap the boiler cyles through the following codes:
S.10 Hot water demand
S.13 Ignition sequence (hot water)
S.14 Burner ignited (hot water)
... on which it remains for about five seconds and then reverts back to S.10 with the odd foray intos S.17 (pump over run - hot water).
I say intermittent, tomorrow when I get up, I imagine I will be able to get hot water.
EDIT: Indeed it does work this morning. So it seems that after a period of the heating being on, and the boiler reaching a certain temperature, the hot water will not function.
