verticle radiator air trapped at bottom?

Hi,

can you help? I recently installed a verticle radiator, it gets hot at the top and not the bottom - it was defo working before i drained the system recently - whats causing this problem and how do i cure it? ps. it makes lots of noise when the system is on.

Have you piped it from top or bottom

to little flow through vertical rads can cause that to happen.

You havent hung it upside down have you.

The radiator company have verticals that are marked top and bottom and they also mark which side flow/return connect too
