Very hot radiators and hot water

My boiler is a combi puma 80e and for some reason my radiators get very hot and my hot water is dangerously hot. The boiler does not seem to switch off like before regulating the temp. So the burner stays on then clicks of briefly then on again.
Sometimes i find the pilot lights has gone off as well.

Can anyone please help.
