visonic powermaster 33 fitted with a key pad 250 - not syncing

Hi
We have a visonic powermaster 33 fitted with a key pad 250. Recently the keypad is continuosly showing update on the screen. No other function can work from the keypad. I can still enable disable the alarm using the app and sms.

To get the keypad working -

1. Tried changing the batteries.
2. Enroll / Unenroll - using the button in the pannell and via admin app.
3. The button enroll / unenroll doesnt seem to detect the keypad.
4. Installer app can add the keypad using the id but it then shows preenroll_no_code.

Nothing seems to work. Its in continuos update mode...

anytips or is they keypad fried ?
