Vokera Boiler -no hot water & not switching on automatic

Hello
I have a Vokera Compact 25HE boiler. About two months ago, it stopped switching on when timed. The red light would come on and I would have to reset the boiler to get it to switch on. Today, I am not getting any hot water coming through. It will be hot for about one minute and then go ice cold. The heating to the radiators is fine. Please help!
