We will need lots more info. model, type of system, what pressure loss, when is pressure dropping, any keaks anywhere on heating system?

My boiler is a vokera 80sp ,as far as i can see there is no leaks anywhwere ,my radiators are all hot and there is water going into the boiler. The water pressure goes from about 1 and a half dowm to 0 in the space of 2 days ,and my heating is only on for about 7 hours a day. Also the temperature gauge is not moving.cheers

could be vokera's answer to potteron's suprima pcb cashcow.....the heat exchanger.

if you have no leaks anywhere else then id guess heatex.

are absolutely sure there are no leaks? PRV checked?

Turn off boiler at electrical isolation point, pressurise system to 2 bar, isolate flow and return, go back 1/2 hour later. Is pressure any less? YES? Look to see if it came out of pressure relief valve. NO? open flow and return isolaters, does pressure suddenly drop 1/2 a bar or more? You have a leak in the system.

Now you may have leaky isolators but as you are unable to find th problem you have to do something that may cause more problems to establish where youyr problem is. Would be a shame to buy a new boiler without proving the boiler is the problem wouldn't it?
