I have the same problem as discussed above: my Vokera 28 hot water going hot and cold. Sounds like I need to clean the secondary heat exchanger as described. Can anyone please advise me how to do this? I'm not a plumber, but I should have enough tools to do the job.

Its not just about having the tools you need to be able to understand whats going on and have a working knowledge of stuff like this. If you happen to be a mechanic or similar then fair enough ... Have a go! Otherwise it's probably best to get someone in.
Whatever the case if you are still determined then step by step instructions are usually found in the manufacturers instructions.

haave a engineer check flue venturi for blockages as this is a common fault on this boiler before cleaning heat ex
