My washing machine, a Bosch Classixx 1200 Super Spin, is not heating the water and keeps washing the items for a very long time, in fact it's still washing 2hrs later! I'm guessing it's because it is not getting to the desired temp for the built in computer? is this the heating element or the electronic controller that sets it to the temperature that has packed up?
