Wall-Hung WC/Toilet Fitting

Hi,

I have a wall-hung toilet which is not attached to the wall as it’s missing the rubber mount which fits over a threaded bar sticking out of the wall. The other threaded bar’s rubber mount is present but it’s in a poor condition. I don’t know what brand the toilet is so I don’t know where to start with regards to obtaining a replacement. Any suggestions? Here’s a picture of the existing one:

Most pans have a name somewhere, sometimes it is faint and towards the bottom edges.
