Washing machine making screeching noise

Hi all,

I have a Beko EcoCare washing machine which has started making a loud screeching noise when the drum rotates. It began doing it yesterday evening during the spin cycle and now even does it when rotating the drum by hand too. I've checked to see if there's anything hard like a coin that's got wedged around the outside of the drum but can't find anything, and the whole thing seems to turn without any extra resistance, but it sounds absolutely awful. Has anyone got any ideas what might have caused it? I've copied a video I took below to give an idea of what I'm talking about.

The front of the drum is rubbing the seal most likely because the drum support has broken.

It's also possible that the pully belt is slipping
