what heating control replaces LANDIS GYR RWB2

If that programmer has the industry standard backplate, which I think it does, there are so many choices available. ACl, Horstman, Honeywell. You might like to visit their sites and check the range. It would be helpful to know what it's controlling, ie system type and what features you might like on the new programmer.
 
Don't see many of those nowadays, was once one on seemingly nearly every wall.

Almost any programmer will fit the existing backplate, my favourite is the Honeywell ST9400C.

However, if the two sideways selection switches are linked so that moving CH to 'on' also drags across the HW selector (there's an internal screw to make this happen for gravity HW systems), you'll need something very basic to replace it, such as;
