What to do when you can't find replacement tiles?

I've got a cracked cloaked verge tile that needs replacing. Problem is, it's a Russell Pennine cloaked verge tile and I cannot find any anywhere. I've tried Redland Groveburys which have a similar profile and are still available, but the profile just doesn't fit. I imagine this situation is pretty common. What's normally done?
