whats the best budget graphics card

hi iv got a amd 3000 sempron socket 939 with on board ati express 200 chipset and 512 mb ram. i was wandering i want to play games. no problem till i enhance the graphics and the fps suffers im new gaming as iv only had low grade computers in the past but want to get the most out of this computer iv bought. but obviously im looking at a low cost graphics card i.e 50-60 pound any help anyone pls as what to buy. (iv got pci express slot)
