Where can I buy one of these from (with pics)

Hi

One of our soft close toilet hinges has broken. This is a picture of the good one, the brown piece is in about 4 pieces on the other one.

Can anyone recommend a shop / supplier who stocks these please? I have emailed the place where we bought the suite from, just need another avenue incase they don't do them anymore.
