Where can I get these wardrobe hinges?

Can anyone point me in the right direction... My integral wardrobes have bi-folding sliding doors and the hinges both top and bottom are broken.

I've searched the web to no avail, does anyone know who makes hinges for folding/sliding doors? The type with a standard circular recess (a la MFI or B&Q) that clips into the plastic runner.

I don't know who made the wardrobes as they were fitted to my new build.
