Which shower pump size?

Hello. About to choose a pump for my new bathroom. It will be feeding one shower through a 150mm Raindance Air shower head. No body jets. Will be getting Stuart Turner Monsoon or Salamander RSP pump. I can't decide whether to get the 2 bar or 3 bar.

Its got to be a good powerful shower so tempted by the 3 bar but the shower is over a bath with a folding screen so worried that 3 bar will be too powerful. Is a 3 bar OTT for this?

Any advice would be great. Thanks.

3 bar will be OTT, 2 bar will produce a good powerful shower.

Stuart and Turner is better than Salamander.
