Which trade normally would Tung oil my staircase??

Ladies, Gents.

I have a new Oak banister, newels etc. Which trade would normally Tung oil that for me please? I would normally do it myself but the love of my life is running out of patience and the Tour de France has just started...

Painter and decorator? ?
Wood floor trade with a side line in stairs??

I couldnt find an obvious answer on Google.
