Applicant has just added the use of 5 " available" passing bays as answer to H&S concerns by highways. Actually none are available as none exist! Applicant has bizarrely and arbitrarily designated areas of front gardens & drives ( not owned by applicant) as these passing bays . Should Certificate B now be amended to include names of all these landowners and notice 1 served on all , should red line be amended to include these so called passing bays and should clock be stopped until all these things done?
