I have tried to access my Pyronix V11 panel via a cloud account which I have set up and works fine. But I am told that it is registered to someone else and I need their permission to access it on the web. My installer?

Who installed alarm ?,was it a professional install or diy self install.
This will be registered on that companies cloud account. You can apply for it to be released, but if under current subscription then they may not release that connection.
