Will cars have USB ports or generic power sockets now?

Given that they're finally going to clamp down on smoking whilst driving, is this the end of the cigarette lighter socket?
A USB type port or a generic power socket would be more useful.

I'm glad there will be similar fines to mobile phones as it must double your reaction time if you're holding a cigarette.
I remember one time this woman was coming round the roundabout with a fag in one hand, doing her hair with the other.
I can only imagine she was steering with her knees!
