Gonna paint the concrete window sills around the house in the spring, but gonna start preping them now. will a heat gun remove the old paint? Ive tried scraping but its tough! or will i be better with a drill with wire brush attachment?

Don't touch the old paint if it's in good condition, take yrs to get it like that.
you could use a nitromoors paint stripper which maybe less graft than scraping.
