I purchased a bathroom suite from a big chain and I found that the toilet pan is a bit distorted. It looks like the whole thing has sagged slightly in the kiln. The replacement they brought from the warehouse was similar but not as bad.

The store says there is no fault with the loo as it will still flush waste away. I am not so sure about this and anyway it is wonky.

Has anyone heard of such a thing before?

Never expect quality from big chains.

It would probably still flush if it was at 45D  But would this look acceptable  I think they are palming you off with a load of c*** :x

You are been fobbed off.

Go back in the morning, but this time raise your voice ever so slightly so others can hear.

Tell them you want a non wonky bog please or a refund.

Don't take no for an answer.

Yes, I suppose B&Q does look like a big tin shed.

I will do the refund thing and then try and win the lottery so I can go to one of them fancy bathroom places that do everything for you.

I was not looking forward to disconnecting the toilet to be honest.

There's quite often a sticker saying that once you've fitted it you can't take it back, so be prepared for a scrap.
How would you know it was wonky if you hadn't fitted it though, eh?
