**Getting a bit desperate now. Can any one help out here.**

Just came back after 4 day's away. House freezing heating boiler working but no heat, when i checked it out, it seems boiler only runs for about 10-15 min's, then you can hear the spark igniter working, it seems as if the gas turns itself off for some reason.

Any one any idea of the problem, the heating and water were all fine before we went away

Is the system pressure OK, about 1 bar?

Are the flow and/or return pipes warm/hot?

Do you get hot water at the taps?

Can you hear the pump running when the timer switches ON?

Do you get hot water at the taps?: YES ( When the system is working)

Can you hear the pump running when the timer switches ON? I CAN'T RESTART THE BOILER RIGHT AWAY. HAVE TO LEAVE IT FOR A WHILE. BUT WILL CHECK THIS.

Hi Meldrews Mate.
I think the pump is working, i took the big chrome screw off and the axis is spinning. The boiler fires up and runs about 10/15 min's, then the burners just switch off. I then have to wait a while before i can fire it up again, if i don't switch off the power supply, the ignighter keeps working.

The Reset Button is not working, could this be the cause of the problem. It seems something is overheating and tripping the gas fail safe. Any one any views on this.
