Morning All, I would appreciate any practical advice as to the cause/diagnosis of the leak shown in the attatched picture, the boiler in is a worcestor 28i rsf, installed in 2004 from new. 2 years ago I replaced the fan assembly(fan bearing wore on the motor shaft). The leak is causing a preessure loss of approx: 0.25bar over a 24 hr period, leak is heavier when central heating is cooling down.
Cheers in advance.

Hi, good morning thanks for your reply, is the o-ring seated in the manifold or is it in the copper. I'm just looking at a spare parts list PDF but it doesn't give an exploded view of the manifold. The boiler pressure was and is maintained at 1.0bar. Thanks for the info, all the best for the new year.

Just checked the schematic again, I see the o-ring.

Thanks again. :D
