Hi all,i have a worcester bosch 230 combi rsf which is intermittently cutting out eg when using hot water in kitchen or bathroom the water will turn cold at random times and heating off also. red pwr light still on tho. strange thing is that when i slap the control panel on front or left hand side of steel casing the boiler starts up again and works as normal untill it cuts out the next timel!!? could it be a electrical problem? any advice on this would be appreciated thanks!

Sounds awfully like a sticky relay on the PCB.
OR
I have had sticky Air pressure switches give the same symptom.

I have had sticky Air pressure switches give the same symptom.
