Worcester Bosch Greenstar Junior 24i and thermostat

Hi,

Have a Greenstar 24i with a DT20RF programmer and thermostat.

Quick question please - to operate the central heating through the thermostat - does the boiler setting need to be on 'constantly off' or 'constantly on'?

Ideally want to set the thermostat to 20 degrees and just leave it - activating the 'set back' when leaving the house for several hours.

Apologies if this is a 'dur' question - just want t check.

I don't know the specific answer for this boiler/timer although it's normally a case of having the boiler timer set to constantly ON.

It should be immediately obvious if this is correct by checking that the heating can still be turned ON and OFF using the room thermostat.
