Worcester Highflow 400 RSF. I am getting no hot water flow from the system. THe pilot light is ignited (I can see this through the glass viewing window behind the expansion tank?) The light for hot water comes on when the tap is opened but then the main burners do not switch on. There is also a sound of running water through the boiler.

I have been away on holiday for 1 week thus it has stood in standby mode for 7 days.

Any suggestions before I have to call out an engineer?
