Worc'r Bosch Greenstar (gas) 30cdi firing inconsistently.

A new install (and following recommendations on here for which I am most grateful).

We have a Honeywell wireless room thermostat. OH finds sometimes the room is too cold; the temperature as per the thermostat is below the target temperature, there is a flame in the display showing that it is calling for heat, the relay box is showing the green light so it's received the signal, the programmer will say have +1 hour showing, but the boiler is not firing. Eventually after about quarter of an hour or so the boiler fires up.

Any suggestions as to why the boiler is not coming on as soon as the thermostat is calling for heat?

I have never seen your boiler so cannot know!

What does the display show?

As its newly installed call him back!

I suspect he has wrongly connected the boiler!
